Eden Coffee began at home. What started as making coffee in my kitchen and opening my home for moms groups and gatherings quickly became something I grew to love deeply.
As time went on, I began to feel a growing desire to create something bigger, a place that could extend beyond my home and into the community.
One of the most meaningful parts of this journey has been getting to step into this dream alongside my mom. We share the same heart for people, the same desire to pour into others, and the same vision for creating a space that brings life to our community. I'm so grateful to be doing this side by side.

Since I was young, it has always been my dream to own a coffee shop because I truly enjoy serving others through food and drink. There's something so meaningful to me about creating a space where people feel welcomed, cared for, and able to slow down.

Now, having the opportunity to pursue this dream alongside my daughter, who shares that same passion, makes it even more special. Being able to build something together that brings joy to others and creates a place where people feel seen and appreciated is truly a blessing.

At Eden, every cup we serve starts long before it reaches your hands. We source our beans through Curious Joe Coffee, a family-owned roastery right here in Iowa that shares our heart for people, quality, and purpose. What drew us to them wasn't just great coffee — it was the story behind it and the care poured into every step of the process.
Through direct relationships with farmers across Peru, Honduras, Guatemala, and Nicaragua, every bean we use is sourced with integrity and intention. These aren't just transactions. They're partnerships built on sustainability, fairness, and a shared vision for lasting impact. From carefully selecting green coffee to developing roast profiles that let each origin shine, every detail matters.
For us, that means when you walk into Eden, you're not just getting a great latte — you're stepping into something bigger. Every cup represents the work of dedicated growers, thoughtful sourcing, and a commitment to excellence from origin to pour.
